FSU Football: Lawrance Toafili and Tatum Bethune chat after loss to NC State

Florida State Seminoles football faced its second consecutive ranked opponent on Saturday, against No. 14 NC State Wolfpack. The Seminoles offense was held scoreless in the second half and their defense simply couldn’t stop the run. It was a jaw-dropping loss for head coach Mike Norvell and the Noles, heading home with a 4-2 record. Several missed chances had Florida State bottom games in the second half.

October continues to hurt the Noles, both physically and mentally. Key players started dropping with injuries and simple issues like drops and flags just destroyed Seminoles’ chances of winning. A 19-17 loss pushes Florida State back to the drawing board. Their attacking plans seemed to work at the start of the season, but the Noles had a tough few weeks.

After the loss, Lawrance Toafili and Tatum Bethune spoke to the media to talk about the game.
