Rutgers baseball ends weekend sweep of Nebraska with dominating 19-point outburst


Rutgers baseball is rolling and putting in an impressive performance on Sunday afternoon.

Looking for the sweep over Nebraska, the Scarlet Knights turned the tide in a big way with a 10-run 7th inning. This frame was punctuated by a grand slam produced by Danny DiGeorgio.

In total, Rutgers homered 5 offensively while scoring 19 runs against the Huskers for the 19-1 win. Justin Sinibaldi scatter 2 hits and 2 walks with a run for 5 and a third inning to earn the victory for Rutgers.
