The Shotgun/Throwdown: Is CJ Donaldson a future college football star?

0

Welcome, By-Godders, to The Shotgun/Throwdown, WVU’s best place for sports links, news, sophomore humor, and everyday distractions.

West Virginia football fans appreciated the improved play at quarterback, with junior JT Daniels taking the starting role, but the WVU offense also improved its running game. The increase in ball-rushing production is due in large part to the contributions of real-life freshman CJ Donaldson.

Donaldson’s College Career Looms Good start. He leads the Mountaineers with 274 rushing yards and six rushing touchdowns in his first three games. Donaldson is also averaging 9.4 yards per carry and 91.3 rushing yards per game.

Hopefully, this was just a taste of the career Donaldson could have at WVU.
